your screen. Please fill out this form with the appropriate prize in CHF. EURO or US$ as
indicated in the download table. Then click either on the 'Textfile for eMail' or the
'Textfile for Fax/Phone' button. The first one allows you to send the order information in
encrypted form by eMail, suitable for the internet. It is our preferred method.
